From what I hear 7D2D doesn't use all cores properly so this quad core should give you what you need and is dirt cheap. The I3 has a very nice 4GHz and can be overclocked to 4.5 easily. It is my strong opinion that anything less than this will be almost unplayable. The stated system requirements don't come close to what you need to play this game. Hey Daniel, what the nice folks here are trying to tell you (gently) is that you need to upgrade your pc. Has the graphics been improved or does anyone have an idea why it might be? Just stop as I said at Alpha 17 no longer low. Unfortunately, I can not play the game anymore since the Alpha 17 update, it is lagging and Rockelt Extreme with me, although I do not have the best gaming PC, but in the Alpha 16.4 everything went smoothly and perfectly.
